Can I reuse the lid for canning?

No. Use a new lid every time you can, because a fresh lid is what creates the seal for shelf-stable storage. A used lid is still fine for everyday use: keeping leftovers or opened jars in the fridge, or holding dry goods like beans and grains in the pantry. It just won't seal canned food safely for long-term storage. Replacement 86 mm Quattro Stagioni lids are sold separately.

Can it go in the microwave?

Yes, the jar can, but take the metal lid off first.
