Can I reuse the lids?

Use a new lid each time you can, so your preserves seal safely for shelf storage. A used lid works fine for the fridge or for dry pantry goods, but not for canned food meant to sit on the shelf. We carry replacement Quattro Stagioni lids in 56, 70, 86, and 110 mm.
