Next Level Sourdough: Inclusions / Saturday January 31, 10am - 12pm

Ready to take your sourdough baking to the next level? This hands-on workshop is designed for home bakers who are comfortable with the basics and want to explore the world of inclusions—adding flavorful ingredients to create beautifully enhanced loaves.
In this class, you’ll learn how to make two different sourdough inclusion doughs:
- A tender, laminated croissant-style sourdough loaf
- A chocolate–cherry sourdough, perfect for winter baking and Valentine’s Day
Each student will make and take home two fermented inclusion boules to bake the following day.
Important: Please bring a mixing bowl and a banneton to transport your dough.
You’ll also receive detailed recipes and step-by-step instructions for knockdown, shaping, and baking at home.
