Field Company Cast Iron Dutch Oven
Cook and bake with confidence in a dutch oven built to last generations. This meticulously-designed cast iron delivers the smooth cooking surface and lighter weight of vintage American craftsmanship—without the toxins.
Free from PFOAs and PTFEs, it develops a naturally non-stick patina with every meal you prepare. Made right here in the USA, it's the everyday pan that rewards you with better results the more you use it.
Field Cast Iron is 100% Made in the USA. They work with recycled iron and pour their cast iron cookware using green sand castings—just like the most celebrated vintage cast iron manufacturers, Griswold and Wagner.
A well-seasoned cast iron pan achieves a natural non-stick surface without harmful chemicals or engineered coatings. Your dutch oven will arrive pre-seasoned with three coats.
Field cast iron cookware match traditional vintage sizing conventions, where the “number” corresponds not to diameter in inches, but to the burner ring size on an old-fashioned wood-burning stove. That means a 4.5 quart No.8 Dutch Oven is actually wider than 8 inches and the 7 quart No.10 Dutch Oven is actually wider than 10 inches. (It’s tricky, we know.)
Here’s how we measure up:
