We offer a full refund for store credit when the product is unused and in the original packaging (see Eligibility below). Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email info@gathersebastopol.com and we’ll make it right as soon as possible. If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Eligibility

• Full-price items purchased at Gather are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

• Full-price items purchased with a promotional code are also eligible for or exchange or return for store credit.

• Consumable items are not eligible for return or exchange

• Sale items or items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
